href=\"https:\/\/www.cultureindex.io\/fr\/\">Canadian Workplace Culture Index<\/a> (CWCI) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/angusreid.org\/\">L'Institut Angus Reid<\/a> set out to gather Canadian\u2019s opinions about workplace culture and create an index representing how Canadians felt about workplace culture, in the midst of the global COVID pandemic. In 2021, we conducted a survey of full-time employed Canadians from across the country and from workplaces of various sizes and industries.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThere were many surprising results to come out of this survey, not least of which was that BIPOC Canadians were three times more likely to have lost their job as a result of COVID-19,\u201d said <\/span>CWCI Founder and CEO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/antoniozivanovic\/\">Antonio Zivanovic<\/a><b>. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAdditionally, the feedback that large companies have the highest loyalty rates was a surprise and shows that these organizations are the ones making strides in employee retention.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67ac532 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
