The Canadian Workplace Culture Certification is a commitment to putting people first and communicates this to investors, partners, customers, existing and prospective employees.
Our Certification program is focused on providing a clear path to improving and optimizing workplace culture with actionable insights and useful reports. We are the only certification program in Canada that allows organizations to assess their culture against the real workplace culture opinions of Canadian citizens. We are different from other programs as our objective is to enable, recognize, and amplify exceptional workplace culture. Go beyond the badge and take your workplace culture to the next level.
We also know how valuable time is for our certification partners and have developed our service with that in mind. The entire program takes less than an hour to administrate and 5-10 minutes for each stakeholder to complete the conversational chat survey.

Pricing is based on the number of employees in your organization and pricing works like this:
10 – 99 employees = $1495 CDN + Tax
100 – 999 employees = $2495 CDN + Tax
1000 – 9999 employees = $3495 + Tax
10000+ employees = Contact Us

No, our ongoing intake schedule provides regular opportunities to begin the certification process.
Once registration and payment are complete, you will receive a welcome package and everything needed to begin engaging employees with the chat survey. Once you are ready and at least 60% of your Canadian employees have completed the survey the survey will close. We will analyze the results and send you your Certification package and reports within 5-7 business days.
The entire process takes between two and six weeks depending on the speed of the completion of employee surveys.
Most participants complete the survey in 5-10 minutes.
All full-time and part-time employees, including interns and co-ops. Contract employees are optional.
Yes, you can include employees from outside Canada in the survey. A minimum of 20 employees in Canada are required to be considered for Canadian Workplace Culture Certification.
No, your data is confidential.
Anonymized survey responses may be used to create our aggregated annual report and to provide inputs for dynamic benchmarking. Employee responses do not include personally identifiable information. Additional opportunities to have your organization profiled with the Canadian Workplace Culture Certification may be presented to your team and require your approval.
We will have your results ready as soon as possible. At most, we will contact you within 5-7 business days of the completion of the survey with your results.

Based on the data collection and analysis, if your organization doesn’t pass certification, we will provide you with strategic recommendations and next steps to attain certification.
We won’t leave you hanging – in fact, we’ll reconnect with you after a few months with a special offer should you be interested in having your organization’s workplace culture certified.
If you are not able to reach the participation rate requirement, your organization will not be eligible for Certification or to be listed in the Canadian Workplace Culture Index. You will still receive your reports and insights for strategic next steps.
We will follow up after a few months with an offer to attempt certification again.
